Magazine Genre Codes and Conventions #4 (Target Audience Prediction)

The target audience within the magazine that I have chosen would be predominately white males with higher education. Also, these individuals would hold white collar jobs if they had a job as of reading this magazine (Entrepreneur). There are a few parts of the magazine were the target audience is females in general; this might be because females do not go into the field of business as much as men. The magazine would want to promote this idea: more women in the business industry especially ones that want to become entrepreneurs.

 This target audience could be justified on the basis that men run the industry of business. This idea could cause this type of magazine to go after white males; however, another justification for this is the magazine's overall bland color palette and men usually do not care for a visually pleasing entity.

For my target audience, I should keep in mind the colors of fonts and backgrounds. Also, I should try to use images and make my magazine's main talking point to be something that revolves around my target audience.
